  • 1(15.5 Ounce) Can Garbanzo Beans, Drained and Mashed
  •  8 Fresh Basil Leaves, Finely Chopped
  •  ¼ Cup Oat Bran
  •  ¼ Cup Quick Cooking Oats
  •  1 Cup Brown Rice, Cooked
  •  1 (14 Ounce) Package Tofu (Firm)
  •  5 tablespoons Korean Barbeque Sauce
  •  ½ teaspoon Salt
  •  ¾ teaspoon Dried Sage
  •  ¾ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  •  ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  •  2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil (Preferable Canola)

seem dry. In a separate bowl mash tofu and remove most of the excess water. Stir in barbeque sauce and then add to garbanzo bean and oat mixture. Add spices until well mixed. Form into patties. Cook in large preheated oiled skillet about 5 minutes on each side. Serve with desired toppings on a bun.
